The lamp is the result of the designer’s pursuit of innovative creative paths. It stands out with its scale, unconventional materials, and extraordinary functionality, challenging traditional notions of a lamp. Designed to offer a fresh perspective on design, it transforms a simple object into a thought-provoking experience. The lamp features a marble base with a brass ring embedded in its smooth surface. When touched, the ring reveals a glass-walled cylinder that slides out, emitting a warm light. A second touch retracts the cylinder and turns off the light. Its striking size and weight create a surreal interaction, blending functionality with artistry. The project was supported by Granity Skwara, which aided in selecting and processing the stone.
